How secure is your platform and how do you handle data?

We follow industry-leading security standards, including encryption of data both at rest and in transit. We work in accordance with GDPR and store all data within Europe, and we do not use any subcontractors in the delivery process.

Can we test the solution before we decide?

Absolutely. We offer Proof of Concept (POC) where you can test the platform in your own environment for a limited period. This allows you to evaluate functionality, user-friendliness and value before making a decision.

How does support work and what kind of help can we expect?

We offer support during office hours via email, telephone and a dedicated support portal where you can easily track the status of various support cases.

How scalable is the platform if our organisation grows?

The platform is built to grow with you. Whether you have 50 or 5,000 users, you can easily scale up licences and features as needed.

How quickly can we get started and what does the onboarding process look like?
